01 Project Overview
London Street Signs manufactures bespoke street signage and replica signs. They needed an online platform where customers could configure custom products, receive instant quotes, and complete orders securely — replacing a manual enquiry-based sales process.
02 The Challenge
The business was handling all orders manually via email and phone — a slow, error-prone process that was limiting their growth. Customers wanted to see product options, get immediate pricing, and order online. The manual process was losing sales to competitors with digital ordering.

We built a custom product configurator that allows customers to select sign type, material, size, mounting, and custom text — with live pricing updates. The system connects to a backend order management dashboard where the team can process, print, and dispatch orders with full tracking.
