Floral is a premium online florist offering fresh, hand-arranged flowers for every occasion. The client needed a digital storefront that would communicate the beauty and quality of their products while making it easy for customers to order — from a single bloom to a full event arrangement — with same-day delivery options and a seamless checkout experience.

The florist industry is visually driven, and the client's previous website was letting the products down with poor photography presentation, no online ordering, and a phone-only booking process. They were losing customers to competitors with polished e-commerce experiences. The challenge was creating a site that felt as fresh and premium as the flowers themselves, while solving the operational problem of managing same-day delivery slots and order volume.

We designed and built a bespoke e-commerce platform with an immersive product showcase, a step-by-step custom bouquet builder, real-time delivery slot management, and a streamlined checkout with personalised message cards. The admin panel allows the team to manage stock, delivery windows, and orders from a single dashboard, with automated order confirmation and delivery reminder emails.
