Each retainer includes a set number of development hours per month, proactive security updates, performance monitoring, uptime alerts, and a monthly report. The specific hours depend on the retainer tier you choose.
Critical issues (site down, security breach) receive a response within 2 hours, 7 days a week. Standard requests are handled within one business day.
Not necessarily. We take on maintenance for sites built by other developers, though we do a technical audit first to understand the codebase and its current state.
Retainers are on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. We don't lock clients into long-term contracts.
